CRESPOGRAM REPORT

A WEDNESDAY FUNNY
FOR THOSE WHO THINK ALL
I DO EVERY DAY IS WRITE STUFF ABOUT MIAMI

FEBRUARY 8, 2012

Every once in a while, in order to finance my high-maintenance lifestyle, I have to go out and work.

This week I’ve been scouting locations for a couple TV commercials.  My scouting took me to Orlando looking for some amusement rides.

Now, I’ve never been one for amusement parks, and I as a result, I’ve never ridden a roller coaster. But, I told my Executive Producer that I’d ride the roller coaster in order to try and get a POV of what the camera would see when focused on the talent riding the coaster.

I didn’t figure it’s be all that difficult to ride the coaster and hold my little video camera on a small extension arm, until I hit the first drop, and the extension arm turned into a noodle.

From then on it was trying to hold on to the camera with both hands, afraid that my fat ass would fly out of the seat because I couldn’t hold to the railing while I was flopping around.

Every time I said, “Here we go,” I thought I was going.

Who says the film business is all about blondes, big bucks and limousines?
