CRESPOGRAM REPORT

AUGUST 7, 2013

VOTING ON PRINCIPLE

I WAS REMISS IN MY STORY ON MONDAY FOR NOT POINTING OUT THAT TOMAS REGALADO WHO ALSO VOTED AGAINST THE MARLIN’S STADIUM IN THE FIRST VOTE ON MARCH 19, 2009, ALSO VOTED “NO” IN THE 2ND VOTE AGAINST THE BID WAIVER.

I’VE CERTAINLY WRITTEN ENOUGH THINGS IN THE PAST, AND WILL NO DOUBT WRITE EVEN MORE IN THE FUTURE ABOUT REGALADO’S FAILURES AS MAYOR OF MIAMI, BUT HE HAD SHOWN A CONSISTENCY AND WILLINGNESS TO VOTE AGAINST SOMETHING THAT HE DISAGREED WITH.

THAT IS THE ISSUE WITH SARNOFF.  AS AN ELECTED OFFICIAL WHO HAS TO VOTE ON ISSUES, YOU EXPECT THAT OFFICIAL TO BE CONSISTENT AND VOTE ON WHAT’S BEST FOR HIS CONSTITUENTS.  SARNOFF DOES NOT DO THAT.  THE MARLIN;S STADIUM VOTE WAS A VERY REVEALING LOOK INTO HOW HE MANIPULATED HIS VOTE TO CREATE THE ILLUSION THAT HE WAS OPPOSED TO THE MARLIN’S STADIUM, WHEN IN FACT HE WAS FOR IT.

THAT’S THE REAL ISSUE, AND THE PURPOSE OF MY STORY ABOUT THAT VOTE, AND WHY I CALL HIM A LYING WEASEL DICK.
