CRESPOGRAM REPORT

JANUARY 28, 2014

Last year when I did the stories about Kira Lee Grossman and her 44 traffic tickets, I was actually surprised that someone like her, with her law degree and supposedly responsible job with the City of Miami would have been so reckless with her life, and with the lives of everyone else on the road, to amass the long list of serious driving violations.

In the days that followed my first story about this incident I got tipped off that Angel Zayon, justlike Little Miss Traffic Ticket Kira Lee Grossman, another maniac behind the wheel, also had a habit of treating the streets of Miami-Dade County like his own personal speedway.

One of the many members of the Angel Zayon Is An Asshole Fan Club, suggested that I should go and check out Zayon’s traffic ticket history. Thirty seconds, a couple clicks on the Clerk of Court’s website, and surprise, surprise it turns out that Zayon has managed to rack up a total of 36 traffic tickets.

It’s amazing how folks drive around for months and months with suspended driver’s licenses, no insurance, and all the other violations that Zayon and Grossman managed to rack up.

What’s even more interesting is the “Criminal” driving violations. I’ve highlighted those tickets above, and provide you with copies of the actual ticket information below.

The ticket that Zayon got for Reckless Driving on January 4, 2011, was after he had become a City of Miami employee, back when he was moonlighting as a TV announcer for La Leya TV.

JANUARY 4, 2011 - 1 TICKET

JULY 22, 2000 - 3 TICKETS

OCTOBER 1, 1998 - 2 TICKETS

COULD THE PSYCHOPATHY OF TOP CITY EMPLOYEES INCLUDE A RECKLESS DISREGARD FOR THE TRAFFIC LAWS

On December 15th, Angel Zayon got a traffic ticket for Careless Driving when he dinged the left rear fender of a car as he pulled out of the parking lot of The Rusty Pelican. In addition to the ticket there was an accident report written.

The next morning he showed up at Police Headquarters and pulled an Assistant Chief out of a meeting and had a conversation that sources at headquarters have told me was about that ticket.

For 30 days that ticket was not entered into the system, and it only surfaced 2 days after I wrote my first story.

Now it seems that Zayon has decided to take the ticket before a judge.  The interesting thing about taking cases before judges is that if the officer doesn’t show, the cases get thrown out.  Could this turn out to be one of those cases?

Racking up the number of traffic tickets that Zayon and Kira Grossman have racked up supports a conclusion that both of these individuals have little regard for the law, or for the safety of themselves and others on the roads and highways of this city and state.

YOU CAN HELP TRACK DOWN HABITUAL BAD DRIVERS

Clearly there is a psychopathy of anti-social, if not criminal behavior involved when individuals ignore or violate the traffic laws in a wholesale manner like both Zayon and Grossman’s traffic records document.

The question is though are they outliers, or could these two individuals be the tip of a very revealing pattern of behavior among top employees of the City of Miami?

I’d like to ask you to help me find out.  The process is simple and straightfoward.  Below is a link to the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Court’s Traffic Tickert Page.  All you need to do is type in the name and birth date of any individual you want to check on.

Like I said, the process is simple and straightfoward. What’s complicated is getting the birth dates of all of these individuals.  That’s where the help of a lot of folks like you comes in.  See how many birth dates you can get of all the top administrators in the city, and then run them through the Traffic Ticket database.  If you get a hit of someone with a lot of traffic tickets, send me their name and birthdate and I’ll do a a screen grab and post the information on this site

FULL DISCLOSURE

It’s only fair that I provide my own traffic ticket violations.  Here they are since I got out of prison in 1984.  Driving after sunset without headlights, 1 ticket for a broken tail light, and one for a broken headlight and driving without my seatbelt being fastened.
